how to reinstall vbscript and microsoft internet explorer instead of LRI internet explorer?

i want to reinstall vbscript on my computer. earlier i had microsoft internet explorer but now it has by itself turned into LRI internet explorer how can i reinstall vbscript plus reinstall microsoft internet explorer?
