Please help me with configuring POP3 and SMTP settings for windows live mail with Microsoft outlook 2000?

POP3 – Incomming Mail Server
SMTP – Outgoing Mail server.
You need to call your Internet Service Provider and ask them.
Most ISP have a WEB Page that has the settings.
If your ISP is Big Pond then the settings will be:
